About the Client:
Our client is a leading commercial glass and glazing subcontractor headquartered in Houston, TX. They deliver high-performance curtain wall, window wall, and architectural glass systems for major commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects across Texas. Known for precision, innovation, and reliability, they partner with top-tier general contractors on skyline-defining buildings.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will lead the full project lifecycle for multimillion-dollar commercial glazing projects — from contract award through final closeout. This individual will oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial glazing projects ranging from $2M–$15M+ in value

Oversee project schedules, budgets, submittals, and RFIs

Coordinate with design, engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery

Maintain proactive communication with clients, GCs, and vendors

Review and manage change orders, billing, and cost tracking

Conduct regular jobsite visits and safety audits
-
Drive project meetings and ensure alignment with all stakeholders
Qualifications:

5–8+ years of experience in commercial glass and glazing project management

Proven background in curtain wall, window wall, and storefront systems
-
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
-
Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-focused approach
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

OSHA 30 certification a plus
Day-to-Day:
-
Review drawings, submittals, and fabrication schedules
-
Coordinate procurement and track material deliveries

Lead internal and external progress meetings
-
Visit project sites regularly to monitor installation progress and address issues

Update project logs, schedules, and budgets in Procore
-
Work closely with field superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards

Manage billing cycles and ensure accurate documentation for closeout
