About the Client:
Our client is an established commercial glass and glazing contractor with a long-standing presence in the Texas market. They deliver storefront, curtain wall, window systems, and specialty glazing packages for education, industrial, and commercial projects. With steady year-over-year growth and a strong project pipeline, they are expanding their operations and project management team.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial glazing projects from award through closeout. This person will ensure smooth coordination between the office, fabrication, and field teams while driving schedule, budget, and quality performance across a diverse project mix.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple glazing projects ranging from mid-sized to large commercial scopes

Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation

Coordinate submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders

Communicate with GCs, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Conduct jobsite visits to track installation progress and resolve issues

Ensure compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and project standards

Support forecasting, billing, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in commercial glass and glazing project management

Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, aluminum, and glazing systems
-
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
-
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Day-to-Day:
-
Review drawings, specs, and submittals to confirm scope and material requirements

Coordinate procurement and release materials to fabrication and vendors

Run weekly check-ins with foremen and subcontractors on schedule and production
-
Communicate updates with GCs and owners regarding progress and potential changes

Monitor labor, materials, and delivery timelines to maintain project flow

Update logs, reports, and internal documentation for leadership visibility

Support punch list and project closeout tasks
Compensation & Benefits:

$95,000 - $100,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
