About the Client:

Our client is a respected commercial roofing contractor in the Mid-Atlantic, delivering a mix of new construction and selective re-roofing projects. Known for technical expertise and reliability, they manage multi-million dollar commercial roofing projects through-out the Mid-Atlantic. 

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules, budgets, and field operations. This role requires experience managing multiple active jobs simultaneously, strong communication with Superintendent's and leadership, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 3–6 active roofing projects valued around $1M each

  • Oversee project execution from start through closeout

  • Coordinate with Superintendent's to maintain progress and production goals

  • Track schedules, budgets, and contract requirements

  • Serve as main point of contact between field operations and leadership

  • Ensure quality and client expectations are met throughout project delivery

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing

  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems including PVC, EPDM, TPO, and fluid-applied solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistent results

  • Leadership and communication skills to coordinate foremen, crews, and clients

Day-to-Day:

  • Review project scopes and schedules with foremen and crews

  • Monitor field progress and provide updates to leadership

  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors

  • Track budgets, billing milestones, and project documentation

  • Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $120,000–$130,000 base salary (flexible based on experience)
