Our client is a well-established commercial roofing contractor in the Mid-Atlantic, known for delivering reliable service work and repair solutions across a wide range of roofing systems. With a growing service division, they are seeking a local leader who can strengthen operations while leveraging market knowledge and relationships to expand the business.
Position Overview:
The Service Manager will oversee the roofing service division, combining operational management with business development. The ideal candidate brings strong local market knowledge, existing relationships, and the ability to generate $1M–$2M annually in service work while ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the roofing service division

Oversee execution of service work, repairs, and re-roofing projects

Leverage local relationships and market knowledge to grow service revenue

Maintain a steady pipeline of $1M–$2M annually in service projects

Coordinate crews, schedules, and project delivery for service work

Report directly to leadership on division performance and growth
Qualifications:

Experience managing service operations in commercial roofing

Strong knowledge of roofing systems including coatings, membranes, shingles, and re-roofing

Established local relationships and ability to bring or develop a book of business

Track record of delivering $1M–$2M in annual service revenue

Leadership and organizational skills to manage crews and operations effectively
Day-to-Day:

Direct and support crews on active service projects

Oversee repair, re-roof, and coating jobs in progress

Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and client communication

Balance operational oversight with business development efforts

Build and maintain relationships with local clients to secure future work
Compensation & Benefits:

$100,000–$120,000 base salary
