About the Client:

Our client is a Charlotte-based commercial glass and glazing subcontractor delivering mid to large-scale curtain wall, window wall, and storefront projects across the Carolinas.

Position Overview:

They seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee glazing projects from award through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, field operations, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage glazing projects ranging $1M–$8M in value
• Oversee project execution from kickoff to punch list
• Coordinate with estimators, engineers, and superintendents
• Track submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Ensure schedule and budget compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in glazing project management
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall and storefront systems
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
• Bachelor’s in Construction or related preferred

Day-to-Day:

• Review drawings and submittals
• Coordinate material procurement
• Conduct site visits and safety audits
• Communicate progress with GCs and owners
• Track billing and budgets

Compensation & Benefits:

• $115,000 base + performance bonus
