About the Client:

Our client is a leading Southeast commercial roofing contractor specializing in envelope solutions across healthcare, industrial, and institutional sectors. They’re known for safety, technical quality, and collaborative project delivery.

Position Overview:

As the company’s lead on major roofing projects, you will oversee all phases of execution, from final design and financial oversight to field delivery and closeout. You’ll be accountable for project success, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary company representative for building-envelope projects

• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and financial outcomes

• Lead project planning, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring

• Conduct regular site reviews and collaborate with estimators, foremen, and subcontractors

• Mentor Assistant PMs and support project teams in execution and documentation processes

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial roofing project management experience

• Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofing systems

• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred

Day-to-Day:

• Lead weekly site and progress meetings with clients, field staff, and subcontractors

• Track budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and billing to ensure profitability

• Perform site walkthroughs to confirm execution aligns with safety and quality

• Resolve technical and scheduling issues in real time

• Maintain project documentation via Procore or similar tools

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000 base salary + performance bonuses
