Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value projects, mentor project managers, and play a strategic role in client relationships and company growth. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to oversee all aspects of project delivery while guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial, multifamily, institutional, and healthcare projects from start to finish

• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact

• Mentor project managers and provide leadership across project teams

• Drive company growth through strategic project oversight and delivery excellence

Qualifications:

• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial construction projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior PMs

• Expertise in financial management, scheduling, and client communication

Day-to-Day:

• Oversee project progress, budgets, and timelines

• Guide project managers and teams in daily operations and decision-making

• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships

• Lead internal and external meetings to align strategy and resolve challenges

• Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $130,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
