About the Client:

Our client is a Mid-Atlantic commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality results. They handle a wide variety of roofing projects, from membrane systems to fluid-applied solutions, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and lasting performance.

Position Overview:

The Superintendent will oversee field operations across multiple active roofing projects. This role includes coordinating with foremen, monitoring progress, and ensuring schedules and production goals are met. The position requires the ability to manage several projects at once and maintain smooth communication between the field and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations for 3–6 active roofing projects

• Support and direct project foremen on day-to-day site management

• Monitor overall production, manpower, and progress across jobs

• Conduct site visits to ensure schedule and quality standards are met

• Report updates and challenges to company leadership

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial roofing

• Knowledge of membrane roofing systems including PVC, EPDM, TPO, and fluid-applied solutions

• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews at the same time

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Day-to-Day:

• Rotate between active job sites to oversee work progress

• Coordinate with foremen on manpower and production goals

• Address daily field challenges and maintain steady workflow

• Track jobsite progress and communicate updates to leadership

• Support foremen in maintaining safety and productivity on site

Compensation & Benefits:

• $125,000–$140,000 base salary
