About the Client:

Our client is a leading commercial roofing contractor with a strong presence across Florida, specializing in large-scale reroofing, waterproofing, and new construction projects. Known for technical expertise and schedule-driven delivery, they partner with healthcare, education, hospitality, and government clients on multimillion-dollar projects.


Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects ranging from $2M–$15M+. The PM will manage contracts, budgets, schedules, field operations, and client relationships to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously

  • Oversee scheduling, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

  • Track budgets, billing, and financial performance of assigned projects

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all sites

  • Act as primary client point of contact for progress and issue resolution


Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial roofing project management

  • Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems

  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project

  • Excellent leadership, financial, and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred


Day-to-Day:

  • Conduct site walks and oversee installation progress

  • Run coordination meetings with field teams, subcontractors, and owners

  • Review drawings, submittals, and change orders to maintain scope alignment

  • Manage project logs, schedules, and billing in Procore or similar platforms

  • Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure milestone delivery
