About the Client:

Our client is a Colorado-based commercial glazing contractor delivering complex curtain wall and custom façade packages across high-rise, healthcare, and institutional builds throughout the Mountain West. With a reputation for precision engineering and elite execution, they are known for taking on some of the region’s most architecturally ambitious projects.

Position Overview:

They’re looking for a seasoned Project Executive to lead client relationships, oversee multiple large-scale projects, and drive operational and financial performance across the glazing division. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct accountability to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract execution, schedules, cost management, and overall project health

• Act as senior point of contact with owners, GCs, and architects

• Coordinate with PMs and field teams to monitor project execution and profitability

• Lead strategic buyout and procurement alongside estimating and operations teams

• Support business development through client retention and repeat work

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial glazing or exterior envelope construction

• Strong commercial project portfolio, including curtain wall and unitized systems

• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project tracking software

• Demonstrated success in managing high-value clients and complex build-outs

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Day-to-Day:

• Monitor active projects and attend senior project meetings

• Guide PMs on change orders, scope adjustments, and field issues

• Review financial forecasts and drive margin improvement strategies

• Work closely with ownership on strategic priorities and client relationships

• Resolve high-level challenges across staffing, vendor management, and safety

Compensation & Benefits:

• $145,000 base salary + bonus and incentives
