Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in North Carolina. They deliver a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and institutional work.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse projects, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and institutional projects

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders

• Drive projects from kickoff through closeout with a focus on quality and safety

Qualifications:

• Solid background in project management within commercial construction

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Day-to-Day:

• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively

• Coordinate with subcontractors and field staff on schedules and deliverables

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates

• Communicate with owners and stakeholders to provide progress updates

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $110,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
