Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership in coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining client satisfaction. The PM will ensure that all project milestones are achieved while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish

Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance

Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and consultants

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations

Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:

Commercial construction experience in a project management role

Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale builds
-
Strong knowledge of general contracting practices and construction delivery methods

Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Day-to-Day:

Review project plans, drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams on-site

Monitor project progress and resolve issues in real time

Track budgets, change orders, and project documentation
-
Communicate frequently with clients and leadership teams
Compensation & Benefits:

$130,000–$140,000 base salary + performance bonus
