Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish. This role requires oversight of schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure smooth delivery. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation

• Act as primary point of contact for clients and project partners

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements

• Facilitate meetings and provide regular project updates

Qualifications:

• Commercial construction experience, with prior PM responsibility

• Strong knowledge of general contracting processes and project delivery

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Day-to-Day:

• Review project documents and coordinate with teams and stakeholders

• Monitor progress on-site and support field staff as needed

• Maintain project logs, schedules, and financial tracking

• Communicate regularly with clients and subcontractors

• Address project issues and ensure timely resolution

Compensation & Benefits:

• $130,000–$140,000 base salary + performance bonus
