Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte. In this role, you will oversee ground-up and interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met while maintaining strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Lead coordination efforts with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Oversee field operations in collaboration with the Superintendent

Conduct regular site visits and facilitate project team meetings

Drive safety compliance and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) across all phases

Participate in subcontractor buyout and contract administration

Monitor job cost reports and provide accurate project forecasting
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial general contracting

Proven track record of managing projects in the $5M–$25M range

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar construction management tools

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Day-to-Day:

Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Track cost reports, materials, and critical path items to maintain project progress

Lead progress meetings and maintain detailed project logs

Troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
