Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte. In this role, you will oversee ground-up and interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met while maintaining strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

• Lead coordination efforts with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Oversee field operations in collaboration with the Superintendent

• Conduct regular site visits and facilitate project team meetings

• Drive safety compliance and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) across all phases

• Participate in subcontractor buyout and contract administration

• Monitor job cost reports and provide accurate project forecasting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial general contracting

• Proven track record of managing projects in the $5M–$25M range

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar construction management tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

• Track cost reports, materials, and critical path items to maintain project progress

• Lead progress meetings and maintain detailed project logs

• Troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
