Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, profitable, and timely project delivery.
Projects typically range from $2M–$10M+ and include new construction, re-roofing, and complex low-slope systems such as TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from award to closeout

Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly billing

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections

Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope alignment

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing projects

Strong knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, BUR)

Proven experience handling projects valued at $2M+

Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

Strong financial acumen and job cost management experience

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Day-to-Day:

Lead internal kickoff meetings and coordinate project handoff from estimating

Review drawings and specs to confirm scope and execution plan

Conduct site visits to monitor production, safety, and quality

Run progress meetings with field teams and subcontractors

Track material deliveries and ensure alignment with schedule

Communicate daily with clients regarding progress and changes

Update cost reports and provide leadership with financial projections
Compensation & Benefits:

$130,000–$140,000 base salary
