About the Client:

Our client is a leading commercial glazing subcontractor serving the Pacific Northwest with high-performance curtain wall and window wall systems. Known for complex, fast-paced builds in tech, aviation, and education sectors, they are expanding their PM team to support strong backlog growth.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a Project Manager with experience in façade and glazing projects to take ownership of contract execution, scheduling, cost control, and client coordination on multiple commercial jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Coordinate with fabrication, site crews, and vendors for delivery and install

• Track costs, schedules, and progress to ensure on-time, on-budget completion

• Lead progress meetings with GCs and internal teams

• Resolve field and coordination issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of project management experience in commercial glazing or building envelope

• Familiar with curtain wall, storefront, and structural glass systems

• Proficient in project software like Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred

Day-to-Day:

• Review and manage project schedules, shop drawings, and logistics plans

• Track and issue RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Communicate daily with field teams and GCs to address challenges

• Attend coordination meetings and monitor safety compliance

• Ensure proper closeout documentation and warranty submissions

Compensation & Benefits:

• $115,000 base salary + annual bonus
